The Navy granted me access to most of the Superfund site, except portions that have yet to undergo remediation or are too dilapidated. I noticed a considerable amount of change since I was there last July. The cleanup seems to be moving fast, which makes me think that construction of a new 49ers football stadium might be in the not so distant future. Here are some keel blocks that were once used at the dry docks (shot with my iphone).
